The olive harvest is a wonderful opportunity to see how olive oil is made and participate in the milling of The Napa Valley Reserve Olive Oil. Members and guests will use a mobile press to mill olives first-hand with Vineyard & Estate Manager Mark Griffin. The Napa Valley Reserve’s 2018 Olive Oil will be featured alongside several other varietals for an in-depth tasting and champagne reception. This year, the harvest will be followed by an exquisite lunch prepared by a guest chef.
