The Napa Valley Reserve is thrilled to have Chef Anthony Florian from San Francisco’s Seven Hills join us for this year’s Olive Harvest celebration. His critically acclaimed, farm-to-table cuisine has earned Chef Florian a serious following within Northern California's dining scene. Our Estate Manager Mark Griffin and Certified Olive Oil Taster Orietta Gianjorio will start by leading you through an in-depth olive oil tasting followed by a multi-course, olive oil-inspired menu prepared by Chef Florian, paired with wines from The Napa Valley Reserve.
